Up bright and early, so living a the base of a few mountains decided on a quick 4 mile bike ride. Up talgarth woods,and down my fave single track. Couple of fun drop offs, and fast steep descents. Only problem was it was so cold, my rear mech didnt work, but stayed in one gear and went for it, all good1 :)
